The weather was chilly, but the fire was hot and the straw was warm (for the hayride) on Friday night as about 135 people gathered in the camping area for a night of Fall Fun.
This is how CJ, our camp coordinator, put it:
Fantastic food. Fantabulous fellowship. Frolicking fun. Fresh festivities. Fall fun fest. Aliterating anomalies. (Reference to Facebook post about FFF)
Wow. What a resounding success and praise be to God for a great time.
We pray that those that came experienced him in a new and refreshing way.
The event brought in an impressive $1,000 for the good of the camp and ended up being a very good night for Tim Roark, of Shamong, who was the winner of the free week of camp drawing. Congratulations, Tim! Many, many, many thanks to all of the amazing volunteers for all of your hard work making this event such a success.
