Our own Tenth Ave.
Our friend Rebecca Cicione has a wonderful article she wrote on Tenth Avenue North up on her blog. While giving the band its due, she also gave us props:
They went for years as an indie band, traveling to play small places like Delanco Camp– a summer camp where the kids can almost claim Tenth Ave as their own, due to the many concerts
they’ve had the pleasure of hosting and attending for many years.

Star-Ledger gives us a nod
This blog was mentioned in an article in New Jersey’s paper of record today, the Newark Star-Ledger. The front-page article, written by Cullen Nutt, was about technology at summer camp. Our camp president, Laurie Rambo, was quoted talking about the camp’s no-cell phone policy. One of our Twitter updates was also quoted directly in the article.

Little things count
Our friend Nichole Marie Iocona was caught doing something good this week by the Courier-Post.
Who knew plastic bottle caps could make such a difference?
